I found Pilates in 2018 when I was looking for a low-impact way to heal long-standing back injuries from my childhood, including scoliosis and herniated discs. What started as rehab quickly turned into something I genuinely loved—movement that made me feel stronger, more mobile, and actually good in my body.
I’m passionate about wellness and helping others feel their best through intentional, supportive movement. My goal is to create sessions that are empowering, accessible, and fun—so you leave feeling stronger, more connected, and confident in your body.
